Carved from Type A, natural untreated Guatemalan jadeite jade, this square-edge bangle carries the blue-green depth of Princesa Blue, one of the most coveted colors in Guatemalan jade. It has some translucency and no visible cracks, allowing the stone’s natural patterns to take center stage.
From mine to maker
Guatemala is a source of jadeite celebrated for a remarkable range of natural colors. Princesa Blue is especially prized for its distinctive blue-green tone. Artisans in one of our partner workshops in Mexico carved this bangle from Guatemalan jadeite, bringing the stone’s origin and their craftsmanship together in a piece made to be worn and appreciated for years.

What is the difference between jadeite and nephrite?
Both are true jade, but different minerals.Jadeite is rarer, harder, and found in vivid colors including ImperialGreen.Nephrite is tougher with a silky texture, ranging from creamy white to deep forest green.We carry both.

ImperialGreen is the most prized color grade in jadeite — a vivid, evenly saturated green produced by trace chromium in the stone's crystal structure.TrueImperialGreen is highly translucent,with a depth of color that seems to glow from within.AtJADEscape, when we carry ImperialGreen material, it is always TypeA — natural and untreated.
How do I care for my jade piece?
