A quiet Celestial Blue
Made from Type A, natural untreated Guatemalan jadeite jade, this thin hololith bangle is carved from one continuous piece of stone. Its smooth full-round profile carries soft grey-blue tones in Celestial Blue, often called “water blue jade,” one of the most underrated colors in Guatemalan jade. The stone has limited translucency, no cracks, and natural variations that distinguish this bangle.
Guatemalan jade, Mexican artisanship
Guatemala is a source of jadeite with naturally varied colors, including gentle blues as well as greens. Artisans at one of our partner workshops in Mexico carved this Guatemalan stone into a polished continuous circle, showcasing rather than hiding its individual patterns.
