This thin hololith/full-round bangle was carved from one continuous piece of Type A, natural untreated Guatemalan jadeite jade. Its serene blue-grey color is Celestial Blue, often called “water blue jade,” one of the most underrated colors in Guatemalan jade. The stone has limited translucency and no cracks. Its natural variations give this piece an individual pattern.

Guatemala is a source of jadeite in a naturally varied range of colors, including understated blues as well as greens. Artisans at one of our partner workshops in Mexico shaped this Guatemalan stone into a smooth, rounded circle that lets its quiet color take the lead.
